2. The attention of the Commissioner& Director of School Education, A.P Hyderabad is invited to the references cited, and;] their proposal vide reference 4th cited to issue guidelines' on transfers due to lifting of: ban by way of taking up rationalization exercise? and later i transfers, has been carefully examined whereon Government observed that since it is middle of the academic year, hence the proposed rationalization before effecting transfer will be taken up during April/May 2015 and prldr to recruitment by DSC which ever is earlier.
3. In view of the above decision, the C&DSE, Hyderabad is requested to take up only working arrangements- With in Mandal or nearby Mandal's with surplus teachers at present and resubmit rationalization/transfer proposals as per above decision.
